Petitioners pray for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the first petitioner is completely paralysed. No recovery was made from the possession of the second petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that counterfeit currency was seized from the joint possession of the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that counterfeit notes were seized from the joint possession of the petitioners, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail being CRM (DB) 3624 of 2022, is thus rejected.
