Earlier on 26.11.2024 when the writ petition was called, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioner.

Learned advocates for the State and the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 are present.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

Report of the State reflects that Saktigarh P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 has been registered for investigation.

Having considered that there has been a change of circumstances since the writ petition was filed and substantial time has passed in the meantime, I grant liberty to the petitioner to prefer appropriate application before the jurisdictional court in case there are grievances which the petitioner intends to address. Learned Magistrate on receipt of an application under the relevant

provisions of law would dispose of the same within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 23858 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
