We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
