It has been stated in the said affidavit that the husband has paid the arrear maintenance for 24 months.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not a defaulter in payment of current maintenance.

He further submits that 13.05.2024 has been fixed for evidence of PW-1.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO 3381 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional

District Judge, Fast Track 4th Court, Barasat to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.597 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
