Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits victim has already been examined.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We find bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022, after considering the deposition of the minor victim. There is no change in circumstances since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
