Jana ... ... for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 4th Court, Alipore to dispose of the application filed under Order 14 Rule 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure in T.S. No.70 of 2019 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 12th December, 2025 is the next date fixed for hearing of such application.

In view of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 3631 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 4th Court, Alipore to take up the hearing of the applications under Order 14 Rule 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
