Saifullah ..... petitioner Mr. Jitesh Sah ... for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, learned APP Ms. Sonali Das ... for the State Mr. Dipayan Kundu ..... for de facto complainant Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. Petitioner and co-accused had conspired to misappropriate the funds released under a scheme to purchase vehicles. The crime affected innumerable innocent persons. Keeping in mind the nature of offence affecting a large number of unsuspecting victims, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
