Petitioner is in custody for about three months. He was permitted to use the premises for bona fide purposes. She has been falsely implicated. She prays for bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that premises was used for sexually exploiting the minor girls. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was in control and custody of the premises wherein illicit sexual trafficking of minors was undertaken.

In view of nature of offence which has far reaching social consequences and prima facie involvement of the petitioner, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
