1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellants for correction of the cause title of appeal in the order dated 20th February, 2024.

2. It appears that in the cause title instead of "Taniya Addya & Ors." it has been inadvertently recorded as "Union of India & Ors." The cause title should read as Indian Jute Industries'

Research Association (IJIRA) & Ors. Vs. Taniya Addya & Ors.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 20th February, 2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The other portion of the order dated 20th February, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
