The present writ petition of the year 2011 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment in the post of Sahayika in Chakravita Sishu Siksha Kendra, Jalpaiguri.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 20021 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
