Mr. Prasun Kumar Datta Mr. Subrato Roy ...for the State in CRM (DB) 3644 of 2022.

Two applications for bail are taken up for analogous hearing as they emanate out of the same police case.

Both the applications contain renewal of their prayer for bail. In respect of Sarajit @ Buro Biswas @ Swarajit Biswas, a prayer for bail was rejected by the order dated July 6, 2022. In respect of Balaram Biswas, his prayer for bail was rejected on May 12, 2022.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier orders of rejections. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 3634 of 2022 and C.R.M. (DB) 3644 of 2022 are dismissed.
