Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 674 days. Learned counsel for the State submits that two earlier prayers for bail were rejected by this Hon'ble Court. The last order of rejection is dated April 7, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 97 of 2022. The Court is informed that the victim girl is yet to be examined at the trial.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. The age of the victim was also taken into consideration while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner on April 7, 2022.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Thus, the prayer for bail is rejected.

C.R.M. 3647 of 2022 is disposed of.
