Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023 on merits. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of coaccused and cannot be attributed to the prosecution. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
