The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected on merits by this Bench on June 10, 2024. Since there is no significant change of circumstance, we are not inclined to entertain this application, at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 3237 of 2024 is dismissed.

Considering that the petitioner is in custody for about 11 months, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the extent possible and conclude the same on an early date.

The parties shall communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
