It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he did not throw bombs. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was one of the persons who was present at the place of occurrence when bombs were thrown. Prima facie materials give rise to an inference that he was a member of the unlawful assembly. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
