1. It appears that in the order dated 4th April, 2025 typographical errors have been crept in. In the first paragraph, the order dated December, 12, 2023 should be corrected to read as December, 20, 2023 and the word "field" appearing in the last line of the first paragraph, be read as "filed". In the third paragraph, the year 2023 be substituted with 2025.

2. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 4th April, 2025.

3. The other portions of the order remain unaltered. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
