Mohanty ...For the NCB Re.: CRAN 1 of 2025 Report produced by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the NCB, Kolkat dated 7.5.2025 is taken on record. The said report discloses that the petitioner herein is more or less complied the direction about meeting Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station once in a week.

Now the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the said bail condition as well as the condition by which his movement was restricted within the jurisdiction of Nadia District. He further submits that though presently, he is residing at Haringhat, Nadia but his permanent residence is at Subhasnagar, Sodepore under Khardah Police Statio. Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the NCB, the bail order dated 6.11.2024 is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station once in a month, instead of once in a week and his move will be restricted within the geographic limit of two districts, namely,

Nadia and North 24-Parganas, instead of Nadia only. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
