3. In this revisional application the petitioner has prayed for an order for striking out IA No. 373 of 2021 and IA No.1046 of 2022 in connection with Consumer Complaint (CC) No.10 of 2021 pending before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commisson.

4. It appears from the record that on 6th February, 2024 an accommodation has been prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit which has not yet been filed. This Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India cannot entertain a prayer for striking out the applications pending before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. In view thereof, CO 3390 of 2023 stands dismissed.
