The Petitioners approach this court with this application for anticipatory bail and it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the principal accused were arrested and are present in custody. According to the petitioners from the principal accused recovery of weapon has been made. The Petitioners plead that they were falsely implicated.

The prayer of the petitioners is opposed by the learned Advocate representing the State.

We have considered the materials available in the case diary wherefrom it appears that 164 statement implicates the petitioners. In addition thereto we

have been apprised of the fact that the member of the victim girl's family was killed in the said incident.

In view of aforesaid scenario and taking into consideration the gravity of the matter, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail and the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
