Mr. Maidul Islam Kayal, Mr. Archisman Singh ...for the Petitioner Ms. Tuli Sinha ...for the State The petitioner submits that he is the owner of Plot No. 7954, Khatian No. 4599, situated at Mouza - Kulingram, under Abujhati-II Gram Panchayat, District - Purba Bardhaman.

The petitioner further submits that he made an online application on April 1, 2025, seeking permission for the construction of a residential building. However, till date, the said application has not been considered. The petitioner also submits that despite having made repeated reminders, no action has been taken by the authorities concerned.

In view of the nature of the grievance as raised, I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Abujhati-II Gram Panchayat, Kulingram, Jamalpur, Purba Bardhaman, to process the

petitioner's application for sanction of the building plan in accordance with law, within one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 24760 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
