It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is in custody for about 281 days. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the dying declaration of the victim-housewife. It appears the petitioner i.e. mother-in-law of the victim-housewife had abetted the suicide by locking the door at the time of occurrence. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
