Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Court should consider the involvement of the petitioner in the incident.

The prayer for bail was rejected twice earlier. The involvement of the petitioner in the incident was considered lastly on September 12, 2022 which is the last order of rejection.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection on September 12, 2022.

Under such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 3669 of 2022 is dismissed.
