Nargis Khatun & ORS v. State & ORS
28.01.2022 RP Ct.16 WPA 18192 of 2009 Nargis Khatun & Ors.
Vs.
State of West Bengal & Ors..
None appears for the petitioners at the time of call either physically or through virtual mode. No accommodation has been prayed for either.
This writ petition was filed sometimes in the month of October, 2009. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on December 15, 2009 the hearing of the matter stood adjourned since the service was not complete. No affidavit-of-service is on record to show that the writ petition has been duly served upon the respondents. The writ petitioners were unrepresented on subsequent occasions. The order sheets reflect that the writ petitioners are not interested to move the instant writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.
