Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner no.1 is the principal assailant. Petitioner nos.2 & 3 abetted him in the crime. There is no change in circumstance since the rejection of bail by this court on merits in July, 2022. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
