It appears from the report and is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners and the private opposite party that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the private opposite party is leading a happy conjugal life with the 1st petitioner. The private opposite party does not intend to proceed with the matter any further.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the matter to continue shall be a futile exercise. CRR 4091 of 2024 is allowed. CRAN 1 of 2024 is also disposed of.

Proceedings being S.L. no. 1101 of 2024 arising out of Thanapara Police Station case no. 139 of 2024 dated 23rd May, 2024 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia be quashed.
