We have considered the materials on record including the post-mortem report which shows the victim-housewife was murdered at the matrimonial home. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
