The petitioners have submitted a certified copy of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr.

Divn.), Additional Court, Krishnagar, Nadia in connection with Title Suit No. 149 of 2024, wherein, the learned Civil Judge was pleased to restrain any construction over the suit property and/or alienation relating to the suit property to any third property.

Be that as it may, the petitioners claim that they have been running a saw mill for a considerable period of time.

In view of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, who is already in seisin of the matter, I direct that if the petitioners have been running the saw mill after obtaining valid permissions from the authorities concerned, the police authorities would ensure that they are not resisted from carrying on their trade and profession.

Any interference by any private individual(s) in the business of the petitioners be dealt with by the superior officer of the police with firm hand. The same would continue till the order of the learned Civil Court is either set aside by any higher forum and/or modified and/or varied by the same court.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 23813 of 2024 is disposed of.

Certified copy so furnished by the learned advocate for the petitioners be kept with the record.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
