Mr. Oishik Chatterjee ...for the petitioner It has been pointed out by the petitioner that the name of 'Mr. Arup Sarkar' has been wrongly recorded to have appeared for the petitioner on October 24, 2025. It is submitted that 'Mr. Oishik Chatterjee' appeared for the petitioner in CO 3661 of 2025 on October 24, 2025. It has been further pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is a typographical error while recording the number of civil revisional application at page 2 of the order dated October 24, 2025, wherein the number of the civil revisional application is recorded as "C.O. 3661 of 20252" instead and in place of C.O. 3661 of 2025. Let these errors be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated October 24, 2025.
