Case No. 329 of 2020 dated 04.07.2020 under Sections 448/325/326/307/34 with added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of: Sajibul Haque @ Sajabul Sk @ Sajibul Hoque and another ....Petitioners Mr. Pradip Kumar Kundu ...for the Petitioners Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Apurba Kr. Dutta ...for the State The petitioners are in custody in excess of 800 days. Only two prosecution witnesses remain to be examined during trial. In such circumstances it would be appropriate to request the trial court to fix consecutive dates for trial. Learned Trial Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. He is also requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection of the prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner no.1.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to any of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
