Mr. Rishad Madora Mr. Sagnik Majumder Ms. Shreya Ghosh Dastidar ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit (Com) 99 of 2024 expeditiously.

Mr. Rishad Madora, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the written statement has not been filed and long dates are being fixed for hearing of the said suit.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned Advocate-onRecord of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Commercial Court. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner and considering the fact that the suit is a commercial suit, CO 3642 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit (Com) 99 of

2024 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
