And In the matter of: Sariful Shah ....Petitioner Mr. Arnab Chatterjee ...for the Petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kr. Roy, Ms. Rita Dutta ...for the State There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated March 25, 2022.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
