Anwar Hossain ... for the State The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Sutahata Police Station, Purba Medinipur dated 23.09.2021 stated that the petitioners have been acquitted vide judgment and order dated 30.09.2020. Moreover, two of the petitioners namely Sk. Mabed Ali has expired on 07.10.2008 and Sk. Manjur Hossain has expired on 21.05.2020 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
