Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Petitioner claims that he was in a business relationship with one of the accused. The money was transferred by such accused to the account of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in a racket which promises job to unsuspecting members of the public on receipt of gratification. There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner was involved in such racket.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 4985 of 2022, is rejected.
