CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 3102 of 2012 In the matter of : Md. Nurul Amin Gaji & Ors .....petitioners. In Re : An application under Sections 401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 17.08.2012 passed by the Learned Sub Divisional Magistrate(Ex) Basirhat in M. P. Case No. 891 of 2012 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having regard to the time constraint incurred in the said provisions, I am of the view that the impugned proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3102 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
