Petitioner renews prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appears for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies.

They are required to be enlarged on bail in order to look after the family members.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail. He submits that petitioners were identified in the Test Identification Parade. Huge recovery was made. The earlier prayer for bail was rejected on April 20, 2022. There is hardly any material change in the circumstances from the earlier order of rejection.

In such circumstances, we are unable grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 3690 of 2022 is dismissed.
