The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground. Her application is pending consideration before the Malda District Primary School Council.

Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Malda to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all documents in support of her prayer to the

aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The instruction forwarded by the Chairman, Malda District Primary School Council dated 3rd October, 2024 is taken on record.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
