It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as the learned Advocate for the respondents jointly that in Paragraph 3 of the judgment in WPA 22910 of 2014 delivered on 13th July, 2023, the word 'petitioner' was inadvertently recorded instead of 'respondent'.

The word 'petitioner' in the first line of Paragraph 3 be treated to be deleted and substituted by the word 'respondent'.

In Paragraph 6 of the judgment after the sentence "Therefore, the respondent No.2 and 3 have become the lessees under the State of West Bengal by a purchase of lease land property", on compliance of all necessary formalities as per the Government policy be added. This order be made part of the order dated 13th July, 2023.
