The petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.06.2012 in Criminal Appeal No. 82 of 2011 of the Fast Track 5th Court at Calcutta. During the pendency of the instant criminal revisional application, the petitioner had died. A photographed and printed out copy of the death certificate is placed before this court and the same be kept with the records.

In terms of prayer of learned Advocate for the petitioner, since deceased, this criminal revisional application is dismissed being infructuous.
