Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the application under Order XII Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code has been heard in the meantime and the orders have been reserved.

Accordingly, the learned Judge, 5th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta is requested to dispose of the T.S. Suit No. 988 of 2021 alongwith the said pending applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the above observations, the instant civil revisional application stands disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.
