1. The status report dated 07.02.2024 as submitted on behalf of the State regarding filing of charge-sheet is taken on record.

2. Both the petitioner and the opposite party no. 1/State are represented by their respective learned advocates.

3. None appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

4. By filing the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the proceeding of ACGR No. 671 of 2012 arising out of Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 29 dated 21.01.2012 under Sections 342/353/506/114 IPC.

5. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioners on oral instruction submits before this Court that in the meantime charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with Thakurpukur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2012 dated 21.01.2012. Mr. Ghosh, thus submits that the instant application may be treated as withdrawn.

6. In view of the submission recorded hereinabove and in view of

the facts as discussed supra, the instant revisional application being CRR 3123 of 2012 stands hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

7. Since Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners, the appointment of Ms. Supriti Sarkhel, learned amicus curiae as made by this Court on 28.06.2024 stands hereby recalled.

8. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.

9. Department is further directed to forward a copy of this order to the Secretary, High Court, Calcutta Legal Services Committee for his information and record.
