It is further submitted principal accused viz. Amirul Sk. is on bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner used to supply minor girls for trafficking. Victim has not yet been recovered. Petitioner had absconded for more than a decade.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused trafficked the minor victim. He had absconded for a protracted period of time. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused viz. Amirul Sk., who has been enlarged on bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
