Mr. Rajendra Banerjee ...for the petitioner.

Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya Mr. Pratick Bose ...for the State.

The bail granted by the learned Court below was cancelled on the ground that the petitioner did not appear in Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was only on one solitary occasion that the petitioner did not appear.

Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced copies of the relevant records of the learned Court below.

Certified copy of the order-sheet of the learned Court below be taken on record.

It is not contradicted by learned counsel for the State.

In those circumstances, we allow this application for bail.

The petitioner will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat, Birbhum, on the following conditions:

1. The petitioner shall deposit his passport, if he has one, with the investigating officer,

2. He shall report before the said officer as and when summoned,

3. The petitioner shall not leave the limits of the district of Birbhum where she resides without informing the I.C.,

4. He shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever, The application for bail [CRM (DB) 3696 of 2022] is, accordingly, disposed of.
