In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to expedite the trial. The trial Judge is requested to fix consecutive dates of trial and endeavour to adhere to the same. Learned trial Judge is also requested not to grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. The learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

There is hardly any material change in the circumstances from the earlier order of rejection warranting grant of bail to the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 3697 of 2022 is dismissed.
