In the matter of : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The subject matter of this revisional application relates to an order dated 6th February, 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Burdwan in Misc. Case No. 395 of 2010.

The order reflects that the same was an order of interim maintenance to be paid to the wife during the pendency of the final disposal of the proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the quantum of interim maintenance which is only Rs.500/-, I am of the view that the same do not call for any interference by this court. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3129 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
