This is the fifth application seeking bail at the behest of the petitioner.

Last order of rejection is dated September 07, 2022. It is contended that there was consensual relationship between the petitioner and the victim.

Contentions raised by the petitioner were considered on earlier four occasions.

The last order of rejection dated September 07, 2022 records that the victims implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

There is hardly any material change in the circumstances from the earlier order of rejection.

In such circumstances, we are unable grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 3698 of 2022 is dismissed.
