The petitioner has been allowed to join her service as Asha Karmee on February 6, 2024.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

For the delay in allowing the petitioner to join service despite orders dated January 18, 2024 and the decree of the Civil Court dated May 18, 2023, the respondents shall pay costs to the petitioner, assessed at Rs. 25,000/-. The said sum shall be paid by the BMOH, Gokarna BPHC, respondent no. 5 to the petitioner within one month from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
