1. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In deciding the issue involving the general transfer learned Single Judge has directed the school authority to initiate a proposal for disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner. The said direction is beyond the scope of the writ petition. The direction with regard to the initiation of disciplinary proceeding against the writ petitioner is set aside. However, we are not interfering with the other observations made on merits of the writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal being MAT 1886 of 2023 stands disposed of.

4. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the application being CAN 1 of 2023 is accordingly

disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
