Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner earlier has submitted that another accused on the same footing has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) no. 8895 of 2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State is unable to distinguish the parity between the present petitioner and the accused who has been granted bail.

Consequently, the present petitioner namely, Swapan Kumar Biswas be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as the trial Court deems fit and proper. Accordingly, CRM (M) No. 1800 of 2025 is allowed.

Order so submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner be kept with the record.
