Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

The order dated November 7, 2022 remains uncomplied with.

The petitioner is yet to deposit 50% of the final assessment bill with the Distribution Company. The police case is of December 10, 2019. There is the issue of long absconsion. The materials in the case diary suggest requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4997 of 2022 is dismissed.
