2. Mr. Swapan Kumar Dutta, learned Government Pleader appears for the State.

3. Ms. Susmita Chatterjee, learned advocate appears for the WBSEDCL.

4. The grievance put forth by petitioner is in relation to Flat No. L-65, Sagarbhanga LIG Housing Estate, Durgapur.

5. It is submitted that the eligible persons are standing in queue for a long time and flat is being occupied by private respondent no.6.

6. In the opinion of this Court, the persons those who are in queue can always approach appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances.

7. We are not inclined to entertain this petition as a PIL.
